### Getting Here
**By Subway**
The office is conveniently located near several train lines:
• **A, B, C, and D trains** to 145th Street
• **B and C trains** to 155th Street
• Several MTA bus routes also serve the neighborhood
Please allow yourself a few extra minutes if this is your first visit.
### Parking
Street parking is often available in the surrounding area, though availability varies by day and time. Please allow a few extra minutes if you plan to drive.
### Important Arrival Instructions
Your appointment confirmation text will include a short YouTube video that demonstrates exactly how to enter the building and find the waiting area.
When you arrive:
1. Use the building intercom and buzz **Harlem Zen**.
2. Once buzzed in, enter the building.
3. Walk straight down the hallway.
4. Take the elevator to **Level C**.
5. When the elevator doors open, you will be directly in the waiting area.
6. Please have a seat on one of the couches or chairs directly in front of you.
Simply relax in the waiting area and I will personally come out and escort you when it is time for your appointment.
### Arrival Time
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for building access and check in.
